Returns

We strive to sell you the products that will satisfy your expectations and hope you never need to return a item. We are always happy to discuss products before your purchase so you get exactly what you need for your use.

All returns MUST be authorized before returning item.

  • phone number
  • invoice number ,
  • items you want to return 
  • reason for return
 
We will determine if a refund is authorized and issue a return authorization form to be attached to your return.
Items returned to us without RMA will not be accepted for refund .

The following rules apply to all returns.

tems that have been used, altered,mounted,scratched and/or returns not including all product packaging , in like new condition are not accepted for return.
Returns on thermal/night vision items must be within 3 days of purchase and subject to review of why return requested. All other items are within 14 days. Special orders are not returnable.
Returns requested under warranty claims will be handled on a case by case basis subject to manufacturers warranty procedures , etc.
Orders cancelled by YOU after the credit/debit card has been charged, but before the order has shipped, will be refunded minus the 3% credit card fee. Refusal to accept shipment when delivery attempt is made by shipping company will still require restocking fee.
If we cancel order, we will issue FULL refund . Reasons for us to cancel order may be, the product is out of stock and/or not available to us in a reasonable amount of time, the price is wrong by mistake, the product is subject to recall, etc.
All returned like new items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee plus our shipping cost.
All returns that contain products sold as package deals, free add-on items, special sales, etc, MUST have ALL items contained in that sale returned as shipped to you.
Returns will be inspected for condition before a refund is issued.
If product is not in like-new condition with all product packaging, we will contact you to return item to you at your cost.
We are not responsible for items lost during shipping. Insurance is available and can be added to your shipping cost if you want it.
Return shipping costs /insurance for products sent to us for refund will be at your cost.
Returns on close-out, demos, used products are generally not accepted. Please contact us immediately when product arrives to you and you have a problem. We check out these items before shipping and will try to work with you to either, get item warranted by manufacturer, repaired, possible substitute product, or other ways to resolve issue with purchase.
